Criticals

To ensure that criticals feel powerful we’re using a slight modification to the critical hit rules. Instead of rolling damage and doubling it, roll as per normal but also add the max roll for each dice to the total.

Leveling Up

You roll for HP when leveling up, but treat rolls of less than half the max as half.

Potions

Any potion with a usage time of 1 action can be self-administered as a bonus action.
